How do I get there?

From Copenhagen Airport

You can take the train direct from Copenhagen Airport Terminal 3 on track 2 to Copenhagen. Get off at Copenhagen Central Station and walk to the hotel, which is within 8-10 minutes walking distance.

You can also get a train on tracks 11 and 12 at Central Station that will take you to Dybbølsbro Station. You can also take the no. 30 bus from Central Station to Fisketorvet Shopping Center. Tickets from the airport to Copenhagen Central Station are also valid on the bus, metro and S-train.

Taking a taxi from the airport will cost approx. DKK 280. All taxis are metered and accept all major international credit cards.

From the Oslo boat

Take the S-train from Østerport Station and get off at Dybbølsbro Station. The hotel is located 5 minutes walk from the station.

Where can I park in the area?

At Tivoli Hotel & Congress Centre, a huge video-monitored car park is available for all hotel guests. The car park is patrolled by the independent car-park company ONEPARK and has direct access to the hotel through the basement.

All you have to do is draw a ticket upon arrival and pay at departure by credit card in the car park.

We cannot guarantee availability and it is not possible to book a parking space in advance. 

For all electric car drivers, we have installed chargers on all levels of the car park. On the ground floor, we have a Pod Point charger with three different standard plugs, whereas we have a Pod Point charging station on all other levels.

Where do I find my accommodation while attending the Awaken Business Summit?

You are able to book a room on our website with special discounts, just click Book Now. We can offer either a standard room or executive room, for two people to share, or you can stay alone. Room rates also include breakfast.

When will I receive my tickets?

We will sent you 5 days before the Summit a link to your phone and your email, so you are able to print or show your phone at the check in on arrival. You will be able to arrive the day before the Summit starts on March 19th 2019 to get your Summit pass and delegate bag, so you can be checked in and ready for the Summit the next day.

Who is attending the Awaken Business Summit?

Will food be provided?

Yes, at all breaks we will serve quality food and drink, experienced ad libitum between Summit events.

Will there be breaks throughout the event?

Yes, there are breaks throughout the event including a 1 hour, 15 min lunch break.
